RAPID ADVANCEMENT
 

Our FAST TRACK management program enables those selected to spend their first year with a highly qualified mentor, teaching them all the necessary skills to advance rapidly.  Nearly all of our managers and senior regional leaders followed a proven, predictable, system that is the foundations of their success.  Day to day activities include living the life of a sales rep while learning the systems necessary to advance.  Evaluation occurs on a regular basis and valuable feedback is provided from the mentor and our senior regional leaders.  Our philosophy of being in business for oneself but not by oneself enables one's skills, effort, and learning ability to dictate how fast they advance.
