SI&A is continually building and maintaining customer facing web applications. You will be working very closely in a team environment. This is a Full-Time, Non-exempt position located in our Boise office.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain C# data-driven web applications using industry best practices.
• Participate in development of Reporting Services 2008 reports.
• Collaborate on enterprise application architecture.
• Work with team and project managers on application design and functionality.
• Remain current on relevant technologies and development practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years Experience with .NET
• Recent experience developing web applications with .NET 3.0 or above
• Firm understanding of OOP, SOA, MVC and other design patterns
• XML, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML and usage of third party components
• SQL Server 2005 and/or 2008
• Microsoft Reporting Services and Team Foundation Server
• Understanding of application performance tuning strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
