Swiss Villa, an Extendicare center is currently searching for an experienced Referral Manager.

Position responsibilities include:

• 80% external sales responsible for relationship building in the health care community,
• Maintain responsibility for calling on physicians, hospital discharge planners and various other health care professionals with the ability to make referrals to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
• Managing overall facility census and admissions process.

• Interested candidate must have previous sales and marketing experience in a health care setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility,
• Demonstrated success in business development,
• Establishing referral sources and referral source conversion.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
