Description Oakwood Healthcare, a 148 bed skilled nursing facility in Northeast Philadelphia is looking for an experienced lead RNAC or LNAC to be responsible for MDS assessements and data entry. Individual must have MDS and long term care experience as well as knowledge of RUGS. You will have an opportunity to join a team of professionals working together to provide quality care to the residents at the facility in a very supportive environment focused on resident care. The RNAC office has an additional experienced full time RNAC in place.

Requirements

computer knowledge
experience in long term care and MDSs
good communication skills
good assessment and clinical skills
