The Rascal Company provides the elderly and disabled with fun and fantastic Rascal Scooters. In addition, the 50+ market is experiencing explosive sales growth for the Rascal because the huge Baby Boomer Market is suffering from sports injuries and physical limitations such as arthritis and multiple sclerosis. We have an immediate need in a specified territory in the Phoenix, AZ area for a dynamic, motivated sales individual who likes helping people.
Our need is driven by the debut of the most recent addition to our product line, the Rascal Balance. Many years in development, this product’s launch has been greeted with such an enthusiastic response that we are finding it necessary to expand our sales force.
Our Independent Mobility Sales Consultants demonstrate our product line at events, assisted living centers, health fairs and in-home appointments.
The Rascal Scooters are patented, innovative, and considered by customers as the best built scooters in America. The Free Rascal Test-Ride is so much fun and so powerful that The Rascal often sells itself!
As a Mobility Consultant you will use your sales and entrepreneurial experience to represent The Rascal Company for all aspects of territory sales, management and development. The Rascal is THE scooter people think of when they need Mobility! It has appeared on “Seinfeld", “King of the Hill", “Family Guy" and “Jimmy Kimmel Live".
What we provide:
-We provide preset, prequalified daytime appointments up to three days per week. All leads are generated from customer interest and are scheduled according to your availability. You can schedule additional demonstrations from self-generated leads, through networking and from business development.
-We provide marketing tools for you to source additional self developed business in your territory.
-We have a robust database of millions of individuals who have responded to our direct mail, magazine, internet, and television advertisements.
-We provide sales support from our home office in New Jersey. Our finance department can have a credit decision for you on the spot. Our insurance department processes your qualified customer’s Medicare and private insurance claims.
-We also provide after-sales support and have a nationwide network of accredited service centers, as well as technical support and Customer Service provided by our Customer Care Center.
Finally, the Regional Manager will arrange comprehensive product training.
There is no capital investment, you never own the equipment, and additional Rascal Scooters are on consignment to you - in many cases you may help someone on the spot with instant mobility!
Commission Plan:
The Rascal Company offers a unique commission package. You will earn commissions for sourcing new customers as well as for any product you sell to our preset pre-qualified appointments. Monthly bonus based on attaining revenue levels, plus a generous quarterly bonus is achieved by top performers.
