• Serve as Instructor/SMEs and provide support to the School of Information Technology (SIT) which includes normal instructor duties such as platform instruction, student evaluations, and assessments, provide student development, input accurate data in Residential Individual Training Management System (RITMS) to support the maintenance of student academic records, and issue diplomas to eligible students.

• These duties require knowledge of policies and procedures for regulatory requirements for course completion, and data required for maintenance of academic records.

• Student development duties may include assisting with developing, preparing, and practicing presentations.

• Instructors will be required to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) to provide Mobile Team Training instruction, attend workshops, attend and present at conferences, assess various Joint Training events, and conduct interviews and other presentations.

BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. The position requires a Secret Security Clearance.
2. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or a combination of certifications, education years of experience in an IT field are acceptable.
3. Two-years experience teaching and/or working with Microsoft Windows Server Products.
4. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2003/2008 Tracks.
5. Microsoft Server Exchange 2003 and 2007 Certification within 90-days of employment.
6. Security+ training within 30 days of employment.
7. Network+ training within 30 days of employment.
8. NetApp Certified Data Management Administrator Certification.
