GECC, Inc. an Internet specialty finance firm is currently seeking an Internet Marketing Professional. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of e-commerce marketing success and will be responsible for creating, leading and executing the company’s online marketing strategy.

Requirements

This position requires creativity, initiative, strong analytics and ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a proven track record in integrating offline/online sales channels, increasing revenues, new customer acquisitions while simultaneously lowering the average marketing cost per transaction and increasing the return on investment from existing levels.

 

This management level position is responsible for the strategic planning, execution and analysis of affiliate programs, paid and natural search engine optimization, customer email marketing, online advertising buys and other web based marketing programs. Additional responsibilities include:

 

• Planning

• Design campaigns using email or other technologies and methods to acquire new and retain existing customers. • Lead day to day execution for marketing programs. Continuously improve online and offline efforts. • Search engine PPC and affiliate optimization to increase organic traffic • Create and execute monetization strategies for unused leads and applicants.

 

• Analysis

• Create tactical execution plans, including testing strategies to improve program performance. • Research and document our specific marketing vertical and its participants from affiliates to publishers, and their channels, methods and success.

 

• Cross-Functional Coordination

• Build effective working relationships with Analytics and IT to integrate marketing and customer relationship plans across offline and online channels leveraging data and events to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates.

 

• Communication

• Provide ongoing updates of direct marketing program performance using response rate, sales and ROI measures for control and test scenarios. • Interact with Internet marketing partners on pricing and position. • Prepare weekly management reports on most common applicant denial reasons, and work towards optimization with marketing partners on filters and methods • Expand our marketing partner base, by identifying other marketing companies, publishers and affiliates, with whom we can “go direct"; • Attend trade shows to nurture existing and create new relationships.
