JOB DETAILS:

Maintenance Manager - Rolling Mill

$82,000 - $98,000 base (plus bonuses - varies)

- Minimum 7 years primary metals - rolling mill maintenance management experience required.

- B.S. Degree highly preferred, but not required.

- Responsible for overall plant rolling mill maintenance, PM/PdM, troubleshooting, reliability (RCM), safety, overall equipment efficiency (OEE), training, CMMS, budget, failure analysis, TPM, and overall productivity within the maintenance department.

- Lead plant maintenance staff including salaried engineers, maintenance supervisors, and highly skilled maintenance technicians.

- Confidential search, immediate opening.

- Day shift (days).
