Description:
This is a 18 month  8 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday Contract assignment where you would be responsible for performing a variety of Technical Call Center functions including, but not limited to:

 

  • Coordinating off-line activities (i.e. Team meetings, vacation, and time off) in order to minimize service level impacts 

  • 3 years of relevant experience in a call center
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the call center industry
  • Must have experience with skills based routing, call center technology, reporting and scheduling
  • Solid understanding of call center workforce management tools and theories
  • Extensive knowledge of call center, include experience with IEX or similar workforce tools
  • Excellent analytical, technical skills required to interpret and analyze system data.
