Inside Sales Representative
Objective
Pre-qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments to reach defined monthly goals that ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Partner with outside sales teams to identify revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
Develop campaigns to facilitate telephone calling campaign.
Prospecting, qualifying and generating sales within prospective clients.
Ensure suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting and proactive contact of existing Trading Partners.
Identify and close additional purchases of products and services by customers' communities.
Work closely with sales team and marketing, Account Management and Business Development.
Respond to requests from customers for information.
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments with regard to new product launches, etc.
Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
