Description:  Lead email database marketing activities and email marketing initiatives.   Work with marketing managers to create database marketing processes and work to refine by reporting and analyzing. 

We are currently seeking an Admissions Representative for a full time position with our team in Lake Elmo, MN.  Local candidates only, please.

Description of Job Duties:

 

  • Implementation Management:  work with creative production teams to produce digital marketing materials.   Create communication approaches that encompass both online and offline channels.  Execute delivery of database marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Analysis:  report on, and refine approaches using web analytics, CRM data and research tools.  Provide business insights based on reporting.
  • Campaign Optimization:  use segmentation, A|B and multivariate testing to refine campaign creative and contact strategy. 
  • Strategy Creation Support:  Use data modeling and correlation analysis to optimize marketing mix. 
  • Competitive Intelligence:  gather and analyze competitor data, as it pertains to sales process and database marketing approach.
  • Email Support:  support internal clientele to produce and execute email marketing campaigns. 
  • Relationship Management:  develop strong, collaborative, cross-departmental relationships and working groups. 

Requirements

Experience and Education Required:

 

  • 2+ years experience in database marketing and/or marketing automation.  
  • Strong working knowledge of customer databases and interaction techniques. 
  • Proven track record of success implementing database marketing initiatives.
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Strong operational and quantitative skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail in creative production and database contact execution. 


Desired Experience:

 

  • Experience creating KPI’s and other performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, mathematics or engineering strongly preferred.
  • Experience performing marketing tasks and reporting with Goldmine and/or Salesforce.
