This PART-TIME BILINGUAL position: Handles inbound service calls from customers, while looking for sales referral opportunities for personal banking products and services. Answers customer questions within set standards. Resolves problems and complaints customers may have about banking products and services. Trains on SunTrust products, systems, policies, STOLI sales skills and other procedures, customer service and referrals. Handles routine inbound service calls from customers, makes sales referrals within set productivity standards. Resolves customer problems and complaints with assistance.

Training will last for approximately 4 weeks.
The TRAINING HOURS are 8am-3pm Monday through Friday.
Once the training has been completed the possible shift hours are:
PART TIME - 32.5 hours with 1-hour flex start time
Available schedules fall between the hours of 6am and 10pm, but are subject to change based on business needs. Saturday or Sunday is required, but is subject to change based on business needs..
