RN – Operating Room Nurse Manager

 


Albert Einstein Medical Center is looking for a Nurse Manager for our OR. If you have your BSN, 5 years of clincial OR experience, 2 years leadership or management experience and CNOR certification, please apply for this exciting and rewarding opportunity!

 


Albert Einstein Medical Center is a teaching hospital offering a full range of advanced health services to the Philadelphia community and beyond. We are located at 5501 Old York Road and are proud to offer a Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Einstein Medical Center has more than 600 primary care doctors and specialists on staff, with an additional 1,200 affiliated physicians.

 


In this position you will:

 



  • Defines, plans, implements, and monitors patient care delivery, fiscal management, human resource management and departmental operations for the Operating Room.
  • Serves as a primary resource for AORN standards and assumes a leadership role in developing policy and monitoring and evaluating clinical practice.
 


Job Requirements 

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:

 



  • BSN required, MSN preferred
  • Five years clinical experience in the Operating Room
  • A minimum of two years management/administrative/leadership in an Operating Room
  • Previous fiscal and supervisory experience required
  • Basic computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheet) required.
  • Current Pennsylvania Nursing License.
  • CNOR required
  • Trauma Certification preferred.
