ENTER JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Implement, improve and update FDD's marketplace performance.
  • Develop fact-based plans for marketing spend, business case and pricing actions.
  • Lead development of standardized metrics and operating principles.
  • Assist in development of general principles that guide investment of marketing funds.
  • Lead and direct vendors to provide fact-based insights to the marketing and selling teams for strategic and tactical business issues.
  • Manage areas such as spending management, market structure, optimizing retail execution, pricing elasticity and price and promotions optimization projects. 


job Requirements

ENTER JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • MBA highly desirable, Quantitative Methods (preferred)
  • 8 -10 years experience in Analytics -- modeling and analyzing consumer brands using state of the art techniques and systems, in CPG industry preferred
  • Develops strong interactive relationships with marketing and sales personnel
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Requires deep understanding of marketing research techniques and applications. 
  • Responsible for developing and team relationships with suppliers and partner vendors
  • Comfortable interacting with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated analytical acumen utilizing a variety of information & tools (IRI< Spectra, panel data, Mintel, etc,)
  • Strong presentation, platform and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
