Description A 400 bed hospital located between Portland and Salem, OR is looking for a very experienced RN to serve as the Director of Women's and Children's Services. Three years leadership experience in Women's and Children's Units is mandatory. A BSN either with an MSN or pursuing an MSN is required. There are 200 FTE's in the departments to oversee. The dept. is very large. A very generous relo package is offered. There is a sign-on and a bonus program is also available.
