Our client, an established software solutions provider specializing in global, enterprise architecture and deployment for Chicago's largest companies has created a new position for a Technical Lead for immediate hire. This client, employing only 55 people, has created a staple for itself within the financial, insurance, and healthcare sectors in Chicago and Milwaukee.
The technical Lead will oversee small teams of up to 4 Java developers, will possess a diverse technical background and will be experienced in full life cycle engineering to include requirements gathering, analysis, design, architecture, project management, coding, team leading, product implementation, and client support.

This newly created position comes with a starting salary that ranges from $100-110K plus a lucrative bonus package up to 20-30% of salary. All employees in 2008 and the year prior received bonuses.
