Job Description
Under minimal supervision, this position directs the development, implementation, and delivery of business opportunities, including educational models, throughout the organization.
 
Job Requirements
A thorough knowledge of business or education as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field.

Proven experience in a progressively responsible capacity in a business, education, operations, or service environment leading and/or supervising division or department workflow.

Must be able to demonstrate a high level of conceptual and strategic thinking to establish budgets, goals, objectives, and activities, as described above.

Ability to effectively communicate in written and oral formats with corporate, regional, and campus personnel to direct the development, implementation, and delivery of business opportunities organization-wide, as described above.

Must also possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to provide guidance and support to corporate, regional, and campus management as it relates to the development and implementation of new business opportunities, as described above.

Must possess the ability to convey a professional image, as well as effectively represent the organization as appropriate in its relationship with the community.

Must have a working knowledge of personal software packages to prepare correspondence and reports, as well as create and generate spreadsheets.
