Local company in need of Bilingual Customer Service representatives. At least 1 year customer service experience and fluent in Spanish and English. Prior experience taking calls in Spanish and translating by typing into English a HUGE plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and possess a pleasant phone voice.
