Combat Service Support Automations Maintenance Office Specialist
Description:
Lockheed Martin is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Combat Service Support Automations Maintenance Office Specialist for the US Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Command Maintenance Evaluation and Training (COMET) team at Fort Polk, LA
Applicant:
Is responsible for providing liaison, technical and functional support to system users covering all aspects of Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) operations to include the diagnosing and troubleshooting of software, hardware and communication interfaces.
Performs network administration duties such as adding, modifying, or removing applications, users, and devices
Conducts scheduled system and/or database back-ups and catalogs/maintains back up media as required. Performs system restore activities as required.
Is responsible for providing on site evaluation, training and assistance to STAMIS system operators and other CSSAMO personnel.
Pulls data from STAMIS systems including Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARRS), Logistics Intelligence Warehouse (LIW) and Readiness Integrated Database) RIDB and others to prepare consolidated data reports and analysis.
Prepares and presents written and oral briefings
Works in class-room environment and hands on at customer’s locations.
Works under minimal supervision and performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications:
Ability to provide customer support and assistance for the Army’s STAMIS systems to include software, limited hardware and technical and functional support.
Must be knowledgeable in the use of web sites including LIW, Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS), Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP), RIDB, AEPS and other Army logistics web sites.
Must be able to prepare and conduct formal classes, presentations and briefings. `
Must be able to prepare written reports and briefing slides as required using Microsoft Office software products such as Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
