Position Description:
Responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities
- Working closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training and onboarding, troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (i.e., Excel - manipulating and sorting data, creating and modifying spreadsheets)
- Must be licensed or become licensed within 90 days of starting position
- 3+ years - Demonstrated experienced in building and maintaining relationships both internal and external
- 1+ years - Project coordination experience
- Familiarity with sales automation and lead management systems (e.g. Siebel OnDemand), preferred
- Understanding of Medicare (CMS) sales, marketing regulations and guidelines, preferred
- Knowledge of the direct to consumer sales process and sales activities, preferred
