The Insurance Practice Leader 1 position will support the Managing Director, International Employee Benefits Practice and in time, Managing Consultants, in the marketing, sales and delivery of international employee benefit services to multinational customers. It will be a developmental role with the expectation of promotion to higher levels and the assumption of broader responsibilities over time, in particular in relation to managing client relationships.
In general the position will be responsible for supporting growth of the IEB Practice by participating in the development of the overall strategy and participates in the marketing and sales process. Coordinates utilization of all appropriate resources to address prospect and customer needs while maintaining profitability. Maintains an active and visible role with key customers, prospects and insurance companies to develop and main the capability to meet customer needs.
Specifically the role will:
Promote and develop positive relationships aimed at maximizing opportunities to generate IEB revenue with WF affiliates
Support training activities to enhance the willingness and ability to promote and sell IEB services throughout the Wells Fargo Insurance Services organization
Support sales and marketing effort to generate IEB revenue through our internal partners
Manage multi-country projects; new country start ups, inventory and assessments, integration and/or harmonization related to M&A with external customers
Increased contact and communications with external customers over time commensurate with experience and knowledge
Work with our Network Partmers to ensure appropriate and available resources consistent with project requirements; communicate effectively in regards to project deliverables and requirements.
Assist with the production of content for posting to InsuranceWorks and WFIS website.
Support MD IEBP in preparation of presentation materials seminars and participation at industry conferences
Enhance processes, internal or customer related deliverable to improve services and profitability
Support, advance National IEB initiatives and programs
