- Position is responsible for leading the development of complex marketing strategies and programs in support of assigned target segments, products and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the product management or line of business group to provide strategic input on new product or service ideas and develop marketing strategies as appropriate.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies for existing product and service suites in support of established line of business goals.
- Closely monitor and analyze the competitive set as well as broader industry and societal trends to gain further insights into consumer or business banking behaviors.
- Develops and manages ongoing research programs among target segments to gain insights into brand preferences
- Develop a framework for ongoing marketing metrics that link to overall business goals.
- Work collaboratively with the Advertising Services, Database Marketing, Field Marketing and Digital Marketing groups to ensure the prompt and accurate execution of specific programs and promotions.
- Manage and grow a team of marketing specialists within the strategy group.
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years proven experience in the Strategic Development of Marketing Programs with quantifiable results
- 7 years proven marketing experience in two or more of the following Competitive Data Analysis, Product Development, Telemarketing Strategies, Market Research development, Merchandising or Sports Marketing
- 3 years experience Managing a professional staff
