Experienced Part-time Receptionist

TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
FIRST SHIFT: 8:00AM-12:30PM
SECOND SHIFT: 12:30PM-5:00PM
MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK A FULL DAY (8:00AM-5:00PM) IF NEEDED

Our Client, a global electrical industry leader, has a long-term temporary position available for a Front-desk Receptionist who can start ASAP. Specifically, the Receptionist must be available to start on November 2nd.

Position Summary:

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the customer, and will be responsible for:

• Answering the phone (which can get busy at times).
  
• Transferring calls.
  
• Greeting all visitors.
  
• Distributing badges.
  
• Keeping track of the log-in book.
  
• Fulfilling all other basic administrative responsibilities.

Required Skills for this Experienced Part-time Receptionist position include the following:

• At least one (1) year of Front Desk Receptionist experience
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Must be professional
  
• Should be a multi-tasker
