Under direction of Collections Supervisor, you will be responsible for all the collection & servicing of all assigned accounts. Collection Reps contact customers to advise them of their loan responsibilities. They will use their customer service & problem solving skills to help customers make loan repayment. Must be able to handle a large volume of accounts with a great customer service attitude, The ability to multi task while on the phone and computer is a must. Job requirements are HS Diploma or GED, minimum of two years related experience, and knowledge of MS Word. Previous collection experience is a plus. Bi-lingual skills are a plus - English/Spanish and/or English/Polish.
