Provide direction on project to drive requirements, Schedule, risk and mitigation plan. Insure that project dead lines are managed and is delivered on Time, in budget, on time with quality. Responsible for providing design support for new products in Digital and Analog arena, lead the organization regarding system level and architectural plans in the area of Baseband system architecture and simulations and/or in the area of analog/digital circuit design, with added responsibility for evaluating and assisting in selecting technologies required to complete those plans with the overall goal of winning market share and drive profitability.
