Description PUBLIC HOUSING PROPERTY MANAGER The Housing Authority of the City of Salisbury (HAS), N.C. has an opening for a Property Manager. The HAS currently manages 545 public housing apartments and 32 tax credit units. Qualified candidates will possess relevant knowledge of HUD's public housing programs, including asset management, and have at least 3 years property management experience including supervisory experience, preferably within the public housing industry and a B.S. in Social Services, Public Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Public Manager certification is required within one year of employment. Applicant must be computer literate, possess strong communication and math skills as well as recordkeeping and office management skills. Applicant must possess or be eligible for a valid NC driver's license. Salary commensurate with experience.
