HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
The Director of Professional Services is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the home care/hospice agency. Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. Our candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.

Job Requirements |

| |
Minimum of one year experience in providing medical, oncology, home health care, or hospice nursing preferred. (This may be higher by state specific regulation.) Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
EDUCATION:
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the State Board in which he/she practices.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. |
