Qualifications: Current licensure, and/or applicable certification, and a min. of 3 yrs. experience in occupational health preferred.
RequirementsEducation and/or Experience:
Master's degree (MSN) required. At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting. Management experience required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner, Nationally Certified as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner, Current Certification in Basic Life Support is required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services. Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Site Medical Director, if allowed within state of practice. Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse is also a plus.
