Regional Human Resources Assistant (Horsham, PA)

This position is located in Horsham, PA.
This non-exempt associate will be the assistant for a Regional HR Director. This associate must be a self-starter capable of managing a fast-paced, multi-tasked office in the absence of the RHRD.
This associate will be responsible for keeping the RHRD fully informed on changes, events and collectibles happening at the Home Office; researching and compiling information and reports from the store, markets and regional levels; answering and following up on customer telephone calls; budgeting, scheduling travel, record keeping and working with profit and loss spreadsheets; and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
The qualified candidate must possess strong communication and follow up skills; be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; be receptive to an ever-changing workload; be able to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines; and be able to compose letters and memos with proper English and punctuation.
It is preferred that this candidate be a team player, have people skills, have a strong sense of confidentiality and a strong sense of urgency.
