Part-Time Receptionist & Office Support - Downtown Dallas
Job Description
Seeking a polished professional for Receptionist/Office Support for a prestigious downtown insurance company. Professional office experience required, and prefer someone looking for a permanent part-time schedule (20 hours per week). Some phone coverage, greet visitors, accept packages, work on reports and projects as assigned by Office Manager. Benefits package included.
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 10am to 2pm.
Job Requirements
In addition to similar work experience, must have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and excellent typing and communication skills. Must have 5-10 years of recent work experience in a similar role.
