Description Highly satisfying opportunity for an experienced nurse to manage and educate those staff under his/her supervision. The position would require you to look at the facility from an operational standpoint. A nurse manager must be able to examine the needs of the staff and patients with the Hospital policies and procedures in mind. This position is for an individual who thrives on providing highly individualized care to patients, in a fast pasted environment.

Facility Description:
Arbour-HRI Hospital is a 68-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs located in Brookline. Specialty programs include The Triangle Program, which provides partial hospitalization for gay/bisexual men with addictions or trauma history. The Center for Women's Development offers inpatient and partial hospitalization services to women who are suffering from trauma or eating disorders.

Requirements -Registered Nurse in MA
-Five years of hospital nursing experience
-Psychiatric Nursing experience
--One year management experience within a Hospital setting
-Bachelors and Masters prefer

-Inpatient Supervisory Experience
