Description Director of Nursing for Noyes Center for Kidney Disease and Dialysis (In Partnership with Livingston County) Geneseo Become a member of the Noyes nursing leadership team responsible for overseeing the clinical, quality, financial and human resource management of a growing dialysis service. Develop and implement business strategies and operational efficiencies in support of the organization's strategic plan. Develop and maintain collegial working relationships and communication with all levels of hospital staff.
Minimum of five years dialysis nursing experience required. Current NYS RN license and registration. Bachelors degree or equivalent in related dialysis and leadership experience that includes oversight in the clinical, quality, financial and human resources management functions.
