Customer Service - Order Entry

Job Description

Our office has a client in Summit County area seeking a CSR representative with a background in manufacturing environment. This position requires adaptability, strong mathematical knowledge, as wells as a candidate which would consider themselves computer savvy.

Candidates should possess reliable transportation and be willing to submit to both a background and drug screen.

  • Assist with inbound calls and customer questions and ORDER PROCESSING
  • Coordinate with customers, field service representatives, & distributors

    Working hours: 8AM TO 5PM
