In this Production Coordinator position, you'll have the opportunity to:
Line setup, tracking progress and completion of R&D studies
Coordinate sub assembly & finished good builds, track down documentation & lot history records, keep inventory
Track units through build and test process
Communicates project status by preparing standard reports, and by participating in departmental and project status update meetings
Assist in maintaining a process for collecting, reviewing, approving/disapproving and storing information.
Work with project tram members on completion of required documentation.
Are you interested? The ideal Production Coordinator candidate will possess:
Prior experience in a Medical Manufacturing environment is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
This position requires data preparation
This person must possess the appropriate level of customer service skills necessary to effectively interact with all levels of the Project Team.
This requires a highly organized individual capable of handling many data inputs and issues concurrently, PC skilled with spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills, personal computer proficiency, especially in the use of spreadsheets and organization ability.
