Customer Service Representatives Needed

A world leader in convenience foods and beverages has Temp-to-Hire positions available for Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls from French-Canadian and English-speaking consumers who have inquiries about Our Client's products.

Position Description:

  • Provide customer service over the phone
  • Perform data entry
  • Answer any inquiries the customer may have

These are Contract to Direct Hire positions, through Volt Workforce Solutions - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Woodbridge, NJ. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies on the East Coast.



Requirements:

Required Skills for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (French-Canadian/English) include the following:

  • Ability to fluently speak, write and read in French (preferably in French-Canadian dialect)
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service and/or Retail experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer and/or data entry experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
