In-House Attorney and Compliance Officer
Respected national manufacturer and distributor seeks experienced In-House Attorney and Compliance Officer for a key role within its management team. This position allows the incumbent to balance work and personal life while making a meaningful difference to society.
Provide counsel, recommend strategy, maintain a system of documentation, and manage litigation - including subpoena and discovery compliance - related to the Company's intellectual property and its contracts with governmental agencies.
