The following position within Volvo Financial Services the Americas reports to the leader of Capital Markets.
Securitization Operations Manager
The Securitization Operations Manager is responsible for the leadership and direction of the securitization operations team. This individual will manage and develop a cross-functional team with focus on providing best in class client satisfaction. This individual will also be responsible for the design and implementation of the IT application and processes related to securitization and other structured finance activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Servicing for securitized and syndication assetsDevelopment of processes for securitization issuance and servicingImplementation of the securitization servicing platformOwnership of internal and investor reportingOwnership of reporting for conduit and term securitization programsData management
EDUCATION
- Bachelors degree
- CPA a plus
EXPERIENCE
5+ years experience in securitization/structured finance preferredProven leadership skillsStrong understanding of equipment finance businessKnowledge of capital markets/structured financeDemonstrated project management experience
