PLANT MANAGER
Hands on plant manager wanted for fast paced sheet metal manufacturing plant. Primary
responsibilities include directing and coordinating plant within company policy and procedures,
maintain a clean and safe plant; establish and
maintain a positive work environment; establish goals and follow through; confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing,
production and shipping, schedule and conduct meetings. Must be adaptable to changes in the
market. Must be able to work average 55-60 hours a week including possible Saturdays without
problems. Pay is based on experience. Great
