Job Description
Kellogg Company is seeking an Associate Manager - Category Management to work with Target, in our Minneapolis, MN location.
As one of our Associate Managers, you will be joining us in a key role that will be responsible for executing category strategies in alignment with customers priorities, be accountable for initiating Category Management activities at the customer level, and developing innovative retailer solutions based on consumer insights to drive KUSA goals and objectives. By driving our success in these areas, you will help secure the success and sustainability our company thrives on, helping us to achieve our mission in making Kelloggs a global company committed to building long-term growth in volume and profit and to enhancing its worldwide leadership position by providing nutritious food products of superior value.

Job Requirements
Required:
  • BA/BS Degree PLUS 2 years CPG
  • OR - High School Diploma/GED plus 6 years industry related experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time is required.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

    Preferred:
  • One year of space planning and/or shelf merchandising experience preferred.
  • Two years Category Management experience preferred.
  • Customer interaction experience preferred.
  • Tactical and strategic experience in Category Management and/or Shopper Insights preferred.
  • Full use and application of analytics, principles, techniques and tools of Category Management is preferred.
  • Full use and application of data and panel from IRI or ACNielsen or other retailer data sources is preferred.
  • Target experience is preferred.
