Job Description

Baylor Health Care System is a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system with many care locations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth community.

The Director of Education under the direction of the CNO, develops and implements Hospital-wide Education Programs. Collaborates with Human Resources and other Hospital departments to ensure competencies for employees and volunteers. Participates in the vertical integration and cooperation in education in the Baylor Health Care System.
