Job Description
Baylor Health Care System is a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system with many care locations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth community. The Director of Education under the direction of the CNO, develops and implements Hospital-wide Education Programs. Collaborates with Human Resources and other Hospital departments to ensure competencies for employees and volunteers. Participates in the vertical integration and cooperation in education in the Baylor Health Care System. Baylor Jack and Jane Hamilton Heart and Vascular Hospital is the first North Texas hospital dedicated solely to the care and treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases and related conditions. - TX RN required
- MSN preferred
- 3 plus years in education leadership in a critical care setting.
- Experience planning and managing hospital wide educational programs.
- Experience managing educator personnel within critical care setting.
