Job Description

Our client in Des Plaines continues to be the global leader in the foodservice industry. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep for a 14 week project. This project will start 11/9.

Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Job Requirements

The assignment will last approximately 14 weeks. The position is entry level and pays $12/hr. Hours are M-F, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Occasional Sundays may be required. Main duties include communicating with cust and sales reps regarding orders, routing and inquiries. Enter customer orders though AS/400 system, answer ACD line and run GPS lines convey routing information to sales reps as requested. They
prefer at least one year experience in a call center type environment, ability to work Sundays, excellent communication skills and ability to use computer.
