Job Description 

Job Description
Develop and implement specific product line sales and marketing strategies that increase sales and market share for assigned agricultural tractors in North America.

Be the customer and product expert for the assigned agricultural tractors, including managing product launch and support activities, sales training material development, key shows and events planning and participation (70% of focus). Provide voice of customer and dealer input to the development platform to guide key product development and improvement actions (30% of focus).


Prepare annual marketing plans to achieve the key quantitative objectives for the region – gap analysis, customer segmentation, product offering, competitive positioning, launch planning & readiness, pricing, variable marketing and incentives


Define and manage distribution strategy in coordination with the Dealer Development organization


Support all elements of the go to market plan and key account penetration.


Develop sales and marketing training & promotional materials for all product lines for effective communication of product value, features and benefits to the sales team & dealer network. Lead material development and planning activities, working with other Brand Marketing Managers and the field sales team


Maintain communication with the engineering development platforms providing customer input for future product design to ensure New Holland Agriculture is meeting evolving customer needs.


Requirements



B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Agronomy or Ag related field


4+ years of direct selling and marketing experience with knowledge of competitive practice, equipment capabilities, marketing techniques, business management, materials creation and current farming practices.


Preferred experience in the dairy and livestock customer segment.


Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
