Detailed responsibilities are as follows:
Hires, orients, trains, and terminates employees. Provides work direction to employees on required tasks.
Assumes full management responsibility when the General Manager is not in the building.
Builds relationships with guests for the purpose of ensuring excellent guest service and prompt resolution of service issues
Performs regular 'table touches' to solicit feedback and communicate appropriate information
Provides work direction to other employees on required tasks
Schedule control counter attendants, Customer Service Representatives and Greeters
Ensures customers receive prompt, efficient, courteous service. Provides friendly, courteous, polite, and helpful customer service
Ensures that maximum utilization of lanes and equipment is realized through efficient control of the flow of customers
Ensures proper 'carding' of guests to ensure compliance with law and company procedures
Handles complaints
Assists in conducting special events, bowling promotions, etc
Maintains and analyzes required forms and reports for management; updates perpetual records
Assists in preparation of financial records in relation to daily center operation
Ensures appropriate security in the center
Utilizes proper cash handling techniques, per Company procedures
Performs voids as necessary and in compliance with company procedures
Closes and opens center
Maintains safe environment employees and customers
Associates with customers to determine additional service needed
Makes P/A announcements and displays for bowler achievements
Provides safe environment for customers
Writes performance reviews for direct reports
Assists in all departments to provided optimum customer service
To handle specified major transactions such as ringing up of game room and league payments
Conducts department meetings
Performs all other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

2 years of Food & Beverage of Front-of-House Management experience required.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Business degree or equivalent
