Classification: Full-time
Compensation: $50000 to $70000 per year
Entrepreneurial company in the Quad Cities area is seeking a Client Development Manager with great upside potential! In this critical role, you will manage a team of two Account Representatives and be responsible for providing them with daily coaching and direction. This is a working manager role and you will also deal with clients and a variety of different items and questions surrounding their accounts. Additionally you will manage your departmental budget, performing account review strategy and develop/track performance metrics.
In order to be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10+ years related experience in account management/customer service and prior supervisory experience.
