Coordinator, Employee Experience


 


An exciting entry-level opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual. This individual will primarily be responsible for managing tasks related to client relations and customer service. Further responsibilities may pertain to marketing and sales. 


 


(S)he will also be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering of outreach materials to promote numerous client events.
  • Format / update PowerPoint presentations, Educator evaluations and associated program collateral.
  • Print / photocopy / box all program materials.
  • Ensure that each educator has everything they need to run workshop when on site at the client site.
  • Facilitate the registration of client employees for workshops and counseling sessions.
  • Outreach to prior users of program and engage in current offering
  • Ongoing day-to-day support for internal operations.
  • Phone support for all corporate clients.
 
Job Requirements
  • The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects with relative ease.
  • A self-starter who is detail oriented, highly motivated and organized is a must. 
  • A high level of computer proficiency, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel, is also essential. 
  • Spanish language skills preferred.
  • Capable of lifting up to 20lbs.
