Schedule: Monday and Friday 9:15 am to 5:30 pm, Wednesday 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Thursday 1:00 pm -5:00 pm and every Saturday 9:15 am to 5:00 pm

Developing and having repeat clientele, I get to know not only my client’s travel needs and preferences, but I also have the opportunity to make some wonderful acquaintances and friends. I love meeting new people; whether it’s AAA Members, fellow AAA employees, or vendors. It’s exciting to work with people of all cultures and backgrounds and send them all over the world. I get to plan world-wide honeymoons, travel for groups, singles, couples, sports travel, and girls-weekend type getaways. I also get to take passport photos and issue International Driver’s Licenses. Every day brings new challenges and learning experiences that help me become a better travel professional. I gain fulfillment from knowing that I make a difference in people’s lives. I assist our Members and non-Members with not only travel planning, but I also play a role in helping them create memories that last a lifetime. I’ve worked for other travel agencies and the resources I have available to me at AAA are invaluable. The special service desks (Air Consolidator Desk, Travel Product Development, Travel Support, etc.), the voicemail and phone system that give me the ability to give the Client at my desk undivided attention, and the continuing learning and training courses at my disposal are just a few of the things that make working as a travel agent at AAA Mid-Atlantic a more organized, structured and professional experience compared to working for other travel companies. AAA’s dedication and loyalty to their employees make the difference.
