Classification: Full-time
Compensation: $140,000 to $160,000 per year
Our client, a mid-sized company located in Chicago is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their growing organization. This individual will report directly to the CFO of the organization. The responsibilities will include the following:
Serve as primary analytical resource to help the company understand our performance, our competitors and our opportunities
Prepare CEO/CFO for quarterly conference calls, investor meetings, conferences, and Board of Directors meetings
Manage annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts
Work closely with all departments to produce and improve internal management reporting
Identify/evaluate/drive business opportunities including M&A, partnerships, pricing decisions and supplier relationships
Produce monthly and quarterly financial press releases
