The Diocese of San Bernardino, a Catholic Organization serving San Bernardino and Riverside counties seeks a dynamic CFO to join our organization. The CFO will serve as a key advisor to the Bishop, Finance Committee, and others on major strategic, operational and financial issues. The ideal candidate will have relevant financial background experience and a proven track record as a financial administrator. Interested candidates must have a minimum 5-7 years experience in a Senior Financial Management role as well as experience in an increasingly responsible financial position encompassing a broad range of managerial roles. Must have experience and understanding of the special requirements of operating in a not-for-profit business setting, excellent written and oral presentation skills, superior leadership, management and interpersonal skills, and strong team building skills.
