Position Description:
Implement Automotive Entitilement strategy and translate into sales by working with customers and Sales Force
Execute on previous Market Assessment and define tactics and targets (markets, customers, applications) in alignment with Marketing and BL leadership
Identify and translate unmet customer needs into new product initiatives for R&D
Coordinate and exchange with EU, South America and Asia organizations
Requirements
Deep knowledge in engineering resin related applications, markets and customers in the area of POM or nylon parts, such as wiper systems, door systems and safety systems
Technical / scientific education, preferably in mechanical engineering or polymer/plastic engineering
Expert in injection molding processing and other polymer processing technologies

Significant knowledge of automotive POM or nylon components and applications
Significant knowledge of leading automotive industry technologies
Relevant auto industry experience
Exposure or prior experience working for/with Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive supply base
