Job Responsibilities:
APC is seeking an experienced, successful, and motivated individual for the position of Marketing Operations Manager for NAM. The candidate will report into the Director of Zone Operations and work closely in a team atmosphere with marketing, programs, and analysis to drive program spend efficiencies.
Responsibilities Include:
Implement, monitor, and improve a Monthly/Quarterly review of the top programs within NAM.
Responsible for the reporting of key zone marketing/program initiatives to provide transparency to the health of the program.
Develop key processes to support implementation of programs.
Annual Customer Segmentation Analysis with a focus on identifying net new business.
Development of a standard opportunity fit model (ie Meatgrinder) for targeting key accounts.
Assist in justifying program spend through formal business planning processes.
Assist in highlighting ROI on program spend through visibility to metrics.
Management of the Paybax and Datacenter Incentive payout/reporting process.
Framework vertical campaigns to help drive growth in targeted verticals.
ORP and OIP reporting working in conjunction with the CMO.
Working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of APC-MGE business strategy and organizational objectives.
Regular interaction with APC-MGE senior management.
Key Programs include: Datacenter Refresh Program, Loyalty Program, Demo Program, POP, OCC,
Reseller Trade UPS, Disty, Electrical, and National Accounts, and any net new projects.
Candidate Qualifications Include:
2+ years of successful sales experience within IT or related industry.
2+ years of Program management/marketing experience preferred.
BS in Business, Management, or related field.
Thorough understanding of APC-MGE NAM business strategy, coverage model, programs and processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple disciplines.
Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems or business situations.
Excellent and proven IT systems skills. i.e. Siebel, Oracle, Notes, etc.
